English For restaurant workers

English for Restaurant Workers is designed for trainee waiters and waitresses and for trainers in the restaurant and catering industry. It is aimed at post-elementary learners and has been specifically developed in a novel picture-based format. Features include: context specific vocabulary, verbs and nouns; illustrations and descriptions of restaurant tasks; common phrases, terms and expressions used in restaurant work; exercises for testing learning. Each unit includes an illustration of the task with captions, key vocabulary, explanations of keywords, idioms and phrases.
